Stick Boy has been in business since 2008 with the goal of providing fresh baked goods with superior customer service to the Triangle community and visitors. We work in a fast-paced environment where every team’s contribution to our products and services are equally important. We strive to offer competitive pay and benefits to our staff in exchange for high expectations of integrity, teamwork, and professionalism.
Our business is highly seasonal and often requires all hands on deck for our busiest weeks of the year – holidays! If you are unable to commit to working holiday weeks, Stick Boy may not be the best fit for you. We also experience a “low season” from June to August of every year with less hours available. During this time, we do our best to prioritize hours for those most in need and offer others a well-deserved reprieve.
