Artisan Breads

Bread is our founding passion at Stick Boy. We wouldn't have put it in the name if it wasn't. Bread has been a foundation of a healthy diet in the Western world for over 1000 years, and we don't think that's ever going to change. At Stick Boy, our bread baker comes in every night at 9 p.m. to get the dough mixing. Starting with water, flour, and yeast or a sourdough starter, we produce about 10 different breads every night. Check out our bread schedule below to see which of our 20+ breads we are making today. We are also making new breads all the time so stop in to see what's on the sample board.

Keys to Bread Enjoyment

Slicing–Although our bread is available sliced, it will keep longer if you only slice it as you need it.

Heating–To heat and restore the crispy crust of our artisan breads, place the loaf directly in a 350º oven for 5 to 10 minutes.

Freezing–Although bread is better fresh, it does keep well in the freezer. Simply seal it in a freezer bag, and it will keep for several weeks.
